🧾 Ingredients:
- 200g pasta shells
- 250g beef steak (thinly sliced)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 small onion (chopped)
- 1 tsp paprika 🌶️
- ½ tsp smoked paprika (optional, for deeper flavor)
- 1 cup cream
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup grated cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- Salt & black pepper (to taste)
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
👩🍳 Instructions:
1. Cook Pasta
- Boil pasta shells in salted water until al dente
- Drain and set aside
2. Cook Steak
- Heat oil in a pan
- Add sliced steak, season with salt & pepper
- Cook on high heat until browned (2–3 mins)
- Remove and set aside
3. Make Creamy Sauce
- In the same pan, sauté onion until soft
- Add garlic and cook for 1 minute
- Stir in paprika (and smoked paprika)
4. Add Creaminess
- Pour in cream + milk
- Simmer for 3–4 minutes
- Add cheese and stir until melted
5. Combine
- Add cooked pasta + steak back into the pan
- Mix well until everything is coated
6. Serve
- Garnish with fresh parsley 🌿
- Serve hot
