Creamy Paprika Steak Shells

🧾 Ingredients:

  • 200g pasta shells
  • 250g beef steak (thinly sliced)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 small onion (chopped)
  • 1 tsp paprika 🌶️
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika (optional, for deeper flavor)
  • 1 cup cream
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup grated cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • Salt & black pepper (to taste)
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

1. Cook Pasta

  • Boil pasta shells in salted water until al dente
  • Drain and set aside

2. Cook Steak

  • Heat oil in a pan
  • Add sliced steak, season with salt & pepper
  • Cook on high heat until browned (2–3 mins)
  • Remove and set aside

3. Make Creamy Sauce

  • In the same pan, sauté onion until soft
  • Add garlic and cook for 1 minute
  • Stir in paprika (and smoked paprika)

4. Add Creaminess

  • Pour in cream + milk
  • Simmer for 3–4 minutes
  • Add cheese and stir until melted

5. Combine

  • Add cooked pasta + steak back into the pan
  • Mix well until everything is coated

6. Serve

  • Garnish with fresh parsley 🌿
  • Serve hot

  • Creamy, rich, slightly smoky
  • Tender steak with perfectly coated pasta

  • Don’t overcook steak—it should stay juicy
  • Add chili flakes for spice 🔥
  • Use butter instead of oil for extra richness
