- 3 apples (peeled & sliced thin)
- 3 eggs

- Prepare apples
- Peel and slice apples thinly
- Mix wet ingredients
- In a bowl, whisk eggs + sugar until light
- Add milk and vanilla, mix well
- Add dry ingredients
- Sift in flour + baking powder + cinnamon

- Combine
- Fold in sliced apples
- Bake
- Pour into greased pan
