  • 3 apples (peeled & sliced thin)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 glass milk (about 200โ€“250 ml) ๐Ÿฅ›
  • ยฝ cup sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ยฝ tsp cinnamon (optional)
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence (optional)

  1. Prepare apples
    • Peel and slice apples thinly
  2. Mix wet ingredients
    • In a bowl, whisk eggs + sugar until light
    • Add milk and vanilla, mix well
  3. Add dry ingredients
    • Sift in flour + baking powder + cinnamon
    • Mix until smooth batter forms
  4. Combine
    • Fold in sliced apples
  5. Bake
    • Pour into greased pan
    • Bake at 180ยฐC (350ยฐF) for 35โ€“45 minutes
  6. Cool & serve
    • Let it cool slightly before slicing
