- Β½ cup plain Greek yogurt or keto protein yogurt
- 1 scoop vanilla or unflavored low-carb protein powder
- 2β3 tbsp powdered erythritol or monk fruit sweetener (to taste)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1β2 tbsp heavy whipping cream (optional, for extra creaminess)
Crust (Optional)
- ΒΌ cup almond flour
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp powdered erythritol
- Pinch of salt
Toppings (Optional)
- Sugar-free berry sauce
- Fresh raspberries or strawberries (small amount)

- Make crust (optional)
Mix almond flour, melted butter, sweetener, and salt.
Press 1β2 tbsp into the bottom of each jar. - Prepare cheesecake filling
In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
Add yogurt, protein powder, sweetener, and vanilla.
Mix until creamy and thick.
Add heavy cream if needed for texture. - Assemble jars
Spoon or pipe cheesecake mixture over crust.
Smooth the top. - Chill & serve
Chill for 30β60 minutes or enjoy immediately.
