- 1 kg chicken wings (split, tips removed)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp baking powder (for extra crispiness)
🍊 Zesty Citrus Honey Glaze:
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tbsp orange juice (optional but adds amazing flavor)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp cornflour + 2 tbsp water (slurry for thickening)

1. Prep & Season
- Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F)
- Pat wings completely dry (this is key for crispiness!)
- Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and baking powder
2. Bake to Crispy Perfection
- Place wings on a wire rack over a baking tray
- Bake for 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway

3. Make the Citrus Glaze
- In a pan, combine honey, lemon juice, zest, orange juice, garlic, and soy sauce
- Simmer on low heat for 3–4 minutes
- Add cornflour slurry and cook until slightly thickened
