Magic Cookies (7-Layer Style)

🥄 Ingredients:

  • 1½ cups crushed digestive biscuits (or graham crackers)
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or almonds)
  • 1 can (≈ 400g) sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ cup white chocolate chips (optional)

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

1. Preheat Oven

  • Set oven to 180°C (350°F)
  • Grease or line a baking dish

2. Make the Base

  • Mix crushed biscuits with melted butter
  • Press firmly into the bottom of the dish

3. Add Layers

Sprinkle evenly:

  • Chocolate chips
  • Coconut
  • Nuts
  • White chocolate chips (if using)

  • Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over everything

5. Bake

  • Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden on top

6. Cool & Slice

  • Let it cool completely (important!)
