π§π§ Cheesy Garlic Turkey Meatloaf
π₯© Ingredients:
- 500g ground turkey
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 small onion (finely chopped)
- 1 egg
- Β½ cup breadcrumbs (or oats for healthier option)
- Β½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ΒΌ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- Β½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried oregano or Italian seasoning
π Glaze (optional but tasty):
- 3 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp honey or brown sugar
- 1 tsp mustard

- Preheat oven to 180Β°C (350Β°F).
- In a large bowl, mix:
- Ground turkey
- Garlic & onion
- Egg
- Breadcrumbs
- Milk
- Ketchup & Worcestershire sauce
- Salt, pepper, seasoning
- Fold in mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place in a baking dish or loaf pan.
- Spread the glaze on top (optional but recommended).
- Bake for 40β50 minutes until fully cooked (internal temp ~75Β°C).
- Let it rest for 5β10 minutes before slicing.
