🧾 Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ¾ cup warm milk (or water)
- 2 tbsp oil or melted butter
Garlic Butter:
- 3 tbsp butter, melted
- 3–4 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley or coriander, chopped
- Pinch of salt
🔪 Instructions
- Make the dough
Mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
Add milk and oil. Mix into a soft dough.
Knead 3–4 minutes until smooth.
Rest 10 minutes (important for softness!). - Divide & roll
Divide into equal balls.
Roll each into a thin circle or oval. - Cook flatbread
Heat a pan on medium-high (no oil).
Cook flatbread until bubbles form, flip.
Cook until golden spots appear. - Garlic butter magic ✨
Mix melted butter, garlic, salt, and herbs.
Brush generously on hot flatbread. - Serve warm
Stack and cover with a cloth to keep soft.
