🧾 Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¾ cup warm milk (or water)
  • 2 tbsp oil or melted butter

Garlic Butter:

  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • 3–4 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley or coriander, chopped
  • Pinch of salt

🔪 Instructions

  1. Make the dough
    Mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
    Add milk and oil. Mix into a soft dough.
    Knead 3–4 minutes until smooth.
    Rest 10 minutes (important for softness!).
  2. Divide & roll
    Divide into equal balls.
    Roll each into a thin circle or oval.
  3. Cook flatbread
    Heat a pan on medium-high (no oil).
    Cook flatbread until bubbles form, flip.
    Cook until golden spots appear.
  4. Garlic butter magic ✨
    Mix melted butter, garlic, salt, and herbs.
    Brush generously on hot flatbread.
  5. Serve warm
    Stack and cover with a cloth to keep soft.
