🛒 Ingredients:
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup cream cheese (softened)
- ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)

- Separate eggs
- Put yolks in one bowl
- Whites in another
- Mix yolk base
- Add cream cheese + melted butter to yolks

- Whip egg whites

- Combine gently
- Fold egg whites into yolk mixture slowly
- Do NOT overmix (keeps it airy)
- Add baking powder + salt
- Fold lightly again
- Bake
- Pour into loaf pan
