ZERO CARB CARNIVORE BREAD 

🛒 Ingredients:

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup cream cheese (softened)
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 160°C (320°F). Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. Separate eggs
    • Put yolks in one bowl
    • Whites in another
  3. Mix yolk base
    • Add cream cheese + melted butter to yolks
    • Mix until smooth and creamy
  4. Whip egg whites
    • Beat until stiff peaks form (very important for fluffiness)
  5. Combine gently
    • Fold egg whites into yolk mixture slowly
    • Do NOT overmix (keeps it airy)
  6. Add baking powder + salt
    • Fold lightly again
  7. Bake
    • Pour into loaf pan
    • Bake 30–40 minutes until golden
  8. Cool completely
    • Let it cool before slicing (helps it set properly)

💡 Tips:

  • Texture is soft and slightly eggy (like cloud bread)
  • Toasting improves taste and firmness
  • Store in fridge up to 3–4 days
