🥣 Ingredients:
- 250g button mushrooms (cleaned & dried)
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic (finely minced)
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano (optional)
- 2 tbsp olive oil (for baking or frying)

- Prep mushrooms
Wash and pat mushrooms completely dry (important for crispiness). - Make coating mix
In a bowl, mix almond flour, parmesan, paprika, salt, pepper, oregano, and minced garlic. - Beat egg
In another bowl, beat the egg. - Coat mushrooms
- Dip each mushroom into the egg
- Then coat well in the almond flour mixture

- Preheat oven to 200°C
- Place mushrooms on a lined tray
- Drizzle with olive oil
- Bake 18–20 minutes until golden and crispy
- Heat oil in a pan on medium heat
- Fry mushrooms 3–4 minutes per side until golden
