π₯ Chicken Bacon Ranch Roll-Ups
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or finely chopped)
- 6 slices bacon, cooked crispy and crumbled
- Β½ cup ranch dressing
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ΒΌ teaspoon garlic powder
- ΒΌ teaspoon black pepper
- 4 large flour tortillas (burrito size)
- 1β2 tablespoons chopped green onions (optional)
Instructions
- Make the filling
In a bowl, mix together chicken, crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, cream cheese, cheddar, garlic powder, and pepper until well combined. - Assemble
Lay a tortilla flat. Spread about Β½βΒΎ cup of filling evenly over the surface, leaving about Β½ inch around the edges. - Roll tightly
Roll up tightly like a burrito. Wrap in plastic wrap if you want cleaner slices. - Chill (recommended)
Refrigerate for at least 30β60 minutes to firm up. - Slice & serve
Slice into 1-inch rounds for pinwheels or serve whole as wraps.

Place seam-side down in a baking dish, brush tops with melted butter, and bake at 375Β°F (190Β°C) for 15β20 minutes until golden. - Crispy Toasted Version:
