Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F / 205°C.
- Prep cabbage:
Remove outer leaves, cut cabbage into 1-inch thick slices or wedges. - Season:
Place cabbage on a baking sheet. Drizzle with oil or butter, add garlic, salt, pepper, and any extras. Toss or brush to coat. - Bake:
Roast 25 minutes, flip pieces, then bake 10–15 more minutes until edges are browned and slightly crispy. - Finish:
