Ingredients (1–2 servings)

  • 1 cup cooked chicken sausage, pepperoni, or Italian sausage
  • ½ cup low-sugar pizza sauce (or marinara)
  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup sliced mushrooms
  • ¼ cup sliced bell peppers
  • 2 tbsp sliced black olives
  • ¼ cup diced onion
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • Red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) or use a microwave-safe dish.
  2. Layer the bowl
    • Spread pizza sauce on the bottom of an oven-safe bowl.

    • Sprinkle Italian seasoning.
