  1. Preheat oven
    Preheat to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).
    Grease an 8ร—8-inch pan or round skillet with olive oil.
  2. Melt cheeses
    In a microwave-safe bowl, melt mozzarella and cream cheese in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  3. Make dough
    Stir in eggs, almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, salt, and Italian seasoning until a thick dough forms.
  4. Spread in pan
    Transfer dough to pan and spread evenly.
    Drizzle olive oil over top and gently dimple with fingers.
  5. Add cheese & toppings
    Sprinkle shredded cheese and any optional toppings.
  6. Bake
    Bake 18โ€“22 minutes, until golden and set in the center.
  7. Cool & slice
    Let cool 10 minutes before slicing.
