  • ⅓ cup vanilla or cheesecake protein powder

  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • ¼ cup freeze-dried blueberries, crushed
    (or 2 tbsp blueberry powder)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Optional add-ins

  • 1 tbsp white chocolate chips
  • Lemon zest (for extra cheesecake tang)

🥣 Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix oats and protein powder.
  2. Add cream cheese, Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla, and salt.
  3. Stir until thick and creamy.
  4. Fold in crushed freeze-dried blueberries.
  5. Chill mixture 10 minutes if sticky.
  6. Roll into bite-size balls.
  7. Refrigerate 20–30 minutes to set.
