- 500g boneless chicken (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 1 tsp salt
- Β½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp oil
π§ Garlic Butter Sauce:
- 3 tbsp butter
- 5β6 cloves garlic (finely minced)
- 1 tsp chili flakes (optional)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp honey (optional for slight sweetness)
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley or coriander
π©βπ³ Instructions:
1. Season the Chicken
- In a bowl, mix chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and lemon juice
- Let it sit for 10β15 minutes
2. Sear the Chicken
- Heat oil in a pan on medium-high
- Add chicken in a single layer
- Cook for 6β8 minutes, flipping occasionally until golden and cooked through
- Remove and set aside
3. Make Garlic Butter Sauce
- In the same pan, melt butter on low heat
- Add minced garlic and sautΓ© until fragrant (donβt burn it!)
- Add chili flakes, soy sauce, and honey
4. Toss & Finish
- Add chicken back into the pan
- Toss well to coat in the garlic butter
- Cook for another 1β2 minutes
