For the Wraps:
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- Β½ cup sliced red onion
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- Β½ cup ranch, garlic sauce, or chipotle mayo

- Season the chicken
Pat chicken dry. Rub with olive oil and lemon juice. Mix all seasonings together and coat chicken evenly. - Cook the chicken
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken 6β7 minutes per side until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165Β°F (75Β°C).
Let rest 5 minutes, then slice thinly. - Warm tortillas
Heat tortillas in a dry pan for 20β30 seconds per side or microwave for 15 seconds. - Assemble wraps
Spread sauce on tortilla. Add lettuce, tomatoes, onion, cheese, and sliced chicken. - Wrap tightly
Fold in sides, then roll from bottom up tightly. - Optional (crispy finish)
Place wrapped tortilla seam-side down in a hot pan for 1β2 minutes per side until golden.
