- 1 Β½ cups shredded mozzarella
- 2 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 large egg
- Β½ teaspoon baking powder
- Pinch of salt

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Β½ small onion, finely diced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Β½ lb ground beef
- Β½ teaspoon cumin
- Β½ teaspoon paprika
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- Optional: chopped olives or hard-boiled egg pieces

1οΈβ£ Make the Filling
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- SautΓ© onion and garlic until soft.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in cumin, paprika, salt, pepper, and tomato paste.
- Cook 2β3 more minutes.
- Remove from heat and let cool.
2οΈβ£ Prepare the Dough
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt mozzarella and cream cheese (about 60β90 seconds, stirring halfway).
- Stir until smooth.
- Add almond flour, egg, baking powder, and salt.
- Mix until a soft dough forms (knead gently if needed).
3οΈβ£ Assemble
- Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
- Place dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll to about ΒΌ-inch thick.
- Cut into circles (4β5 inches wide).
- Add 1β2 tablespoons filling to one side of each circle.
- Fold over and seal edges with a fork.

- Place on lined baking sheet.
- Optional: brush tops with beaten egg for golden color.
- Bake 15β20 minutes until golden brown.
