🍤 Creamy Tuscan Butter Shrimp

🧾 Ingredients
- 500 g shrimp (peeled & deveined)
- Salt & black pepper (to taste)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4–5 garlic cloves, minced
- ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes (chopped)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup chicken broth (or water)
- ½ cup parmesan cheese (grated)
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp paprika or chili flakes (optional)
- 1–2 cups baby spinach
- Fresh basil or parsley (optional)
👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Cook the shrimp
- Season shrimp with salt & pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Sear shrimp 1–2 minutes per side until pink.
- Remove shrimp and set aside.
2️⃣ Make the Tuscan sauce
- In the same pan, melt butter.
- Add garlic, sauté 30 seconds (don’t brown).
- Add sun-dried tomatoes and cook 1 minute.
- Pour in chicken broth, simmer 2 minutes.
- Add cream, Italian seasoning, paprika/chili.
- Simmer on low heat for 5 minutes until slightly thick.
3️⃣ Finish
- Stir in parmesan until melted.
- Add spinach and let it wilt.
- Return shrimp to pan.
- Simmer 2–3 minutes until shrimp is coated and tender.
- Taste and adjust salt.

- Swap shrimp with chicken or salmon.
- For lighter sauce: use half cream + half milk.
