- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Β½ tsp garlic powder
- Β½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning or rosemary
- 1β2 tbsp olive oil (for topping & pan)
- Β½ cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar (topping)
Optional Toppings
- Cherry tomatoes (very small amount)
- Olives
- Parmesan cheese
- Fresh rosemary

- Preheat oven
Preheat to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
Grease an 8Γ8-inch pan or round skillet with olive oil. - Melt cheeses
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt mozzarella and cream cheese in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. - Make dough
Stir in eggs, almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, salt, and Italian seasoning until a thick dough forms. - Spread in pan
Transfer dough to pan and spread evenly.
Drizzle olive oil over top and gently dimple with fingers. - Add cheese & toppings
Sprinkle shredded cheese and any optional toppings. - Bake
Bake 18β22 minutes, until golden and set in the center. - Cool & slice
Let cool 10 minutes before slicing.
