5-Ingredient Cheesecake Fluff
Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- Β½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Β½ cup marshmallow fluff
Instructions
- Whip the cream
In a medium bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside. - Mix the base
In a separate large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and fluffy. - Sweeten it up
Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the cream cheese. Beat until fully combined and silky. - Add the fluff
Gently mix in the marshmallow fluff until smooth. - Fold & finish
Carefully fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until light and fluffy. Donβt overmix!
Chill (Optional but Recommended)
- Chill for 30β60 minutes for best texture and flavor.
Serving Ideas
- Dip graham crackers, vanilla wafers, strawberries, or pretzels
- Spoon into mini dessert cups and top with crushed cookies
- Use as a cheesecake dip or pie filling shortcut
