5-Ingredient Cheesecake Fluff

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • Β½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Β½ cup marshmallow fluff

Instructions

  1. Whip the cream
    In a medium bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
  2. Mix the base
    In a separate large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Sweeten it up
    Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the cream cheese. Beat until fully combined and silky.
  4. Add the fluff
    Gently mix in the marshmallow fluff until smooth.
  5. Fold & finish
    Carefully fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until light and fluffy. Don’t overmix!

Chill (Optional but Recommended)

  • Chill for 30–60 minutes for best texture and flavor.

Serving Ideas

  • Dip graham crackers, vanilla wafers, strawberries, or pretzels
  • Spoon into mini dessert cups and top with crushed cookies
  • Use as a cheesecake dip or pie filling shortcut
