- 1 cup crab meat
(real crab or imitation/crab sticks, chopped) - ΒΌ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp finely chopped celery (for crunch)
- 1 tbsp chopped green onion or onion
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper (optional)
Optional add-ins
- Β½ tsp mustard
- Pinch of paprika or chili flakes
- 1 tbsp sweet corn
- Fresh parsley or dill

- Flake the crab gently with a fork.
- In a bowl, mix mayo, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Add crab, celery, and onion.
- Mix gently so the crab stays chunky.
- Taste and adjust seasoning.
- Chill 10β15 minutes if you have time (tastes better cold).
