🧾 Ingredients

For the Chicken:

  • 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or 4 small)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder (optional for heat)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

For the Wraps:

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • ½ cup sliced red onion
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • ½ cup ranch, garlic sauce, or chipotle mayo

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Season the chicken
    Pat chicken dry. Rub with olive oil and lemon juice. Mix all seasonings together and coat chicken evenly.
  2. Cook the chicken
    Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken 6–7 minutes per side until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
    Let rest 5 minutes, then slice thinly.
  3. Warm tortillas
    Heat tortillas in a dry pan for 20–30 seconds per side or microwave for 15 seconds.
  4. Assemble wraps
    Spread sauce on tortilla. Add lettuce, tomatoes, onion, cheese, and sliced chicken.
  5. Wrap tightly
    Fold in sides, then roll from bottom up tightly.
  6. Optional (crispy finish)
    Place wrapped tortilla seam-side down in a hot pan for 1–2 minutes per side until golden.
