🧾 Ingredients
For the Chicken:
- 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or 4 small)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon chili powder (optional for heat)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
For the Wraps:
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- ½ cup sliced red onion
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- ½ cup ranch, garlic sauce, or chipotle mayo

- Season the chicken
Pat chicken dry. Rub with olive oil and lemon juice. Mix all seasonings together and coat chicken evenly. - Cook the chicken
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken 6–7 minutes per side until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
Let rest 5 minutes, then slice thinly. - Warm tortillas
Heat tortillas in a dry pan for 20–30 seconds per side or microwave for 15 seconds. - Assemble wraps
Spread sauce on tortilla. Add lettuce, tomatoes, onion, cheese, and sliced chicken. - Wrap tightly
Fold in sides, then roll from bottom up tightly. - Optional (crispy finish)
Place wrapped tortilla seam-side down in a hot pan for 1–2 minutes per side until golden.
