  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded Mexican-blend cheese (plus extra for topping)
  • 1 bag (9โ€“11 oz) crushed tortilla chips or Nacho Cheese Doritos ๐Ÿ”ฅ
  • Optional: diced jalapeรฑos, green onions, olives

Instructions

  1. Brown the meat in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess grease.
  2. Season it up: Add taco seasoning + a splash of water. Simmer 2โ€“3 min.
  3. Mix the magic:
    In a big bowl, combine:
    • Cooked meat
    • Rotel
    • Corn
    • Black beans
    • Cream soup
    • Sour cream
    • 1ยฝ cups cheese
  4. Layer it:

    • Top with remaining chips + extra cheese
